CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients within Sheffield. Our client is looking to bring on board a Plot sales Paralegal to complement their existing team. Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious candidate. The successful applicant would play a key role in developing the department onward into the future.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Plot Sales Paralegal
- You will be working as a plot sales paralegal within a busy plot sales team dealing with enquiries
- Preparing and issuing plot sales contract packs and paperwork, to include relevant contract/assurance required to deal with plot reservation, on the basis of pre-prepared standard documents following receipt of memorandum of sale
- Dealing with pre-contract enquiries under supervision where required.
- Liaising with the client and preferred solicitor to approve the draft transfer and estate layout plans
- Processing exchange of contracts.
- Preparation of relevant completion statements and undertaking completion procedures
- Making use of Land Registry online, undertaking Land Registry applications and online SDLT returns for the broader Real Estate team.
To apply, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
- 12 months experience in conveyancing (Plot sales or Residential)
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and client care skills
