On behalf of our Kettering based client, Pertemps are recruiting for a Candidate Resourcer. You will have experience in sourcing talent and matching work skills and experience to the needs of our client's business.

This role is initially a 3-month fixed term contract; however, it could lead to a permanent contract. Our client can consider full time working, 37.5 hours or part time working 25 hours. The role is split between working from home and working onsite with the client and the wider Human Recourses team.

As a Candidate Resourcer you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates for a wide range of varied job roles.
  • Building up a talent pool of candidates, contacting by phone, email, video call or in person.
  • Screening them to assess their suitability for the role and organisation.
  • Promoting the company as an employer of choice within the local and wider UK area.
  • As a competent communicator you will be able to speak with stakeholders, recruitment agencies and candidates daily.
  • Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, you will need to be organised and have a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates for the wide range of job roles
  • Searching on Job boards and LinkedIn
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers, Employment Agencies and candidates
  • Assessing suitability – Assessments and right to work checks
  • Create attractive job descriptions
  • Keeping informed of market trends / salaries
  • Administrative support to the People Team

Education and Skills:

  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within an administrative, recruitment or HR related role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
