SENIOR ACCOUNT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Charterhouse Recruitment are partnering with a very well-established business based in Wrexham. Our client operates within business finance and due to company growth, they are looking for a driven Senior Account & Business Development Manager with industry experience to join the team.
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
- Basic salary can be negotiable and depends on experience but in the region of £30k+
- Excellent uncapped commission structure
- Monthly and annual bonuses

A SNAPSHOT OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER'S DAY:
- Developing new business through targeted sales campaigns
- Working through qualified leads provided to prospect for new business.
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and visiting clients when required
- Keeping in touch with prospective clients via regular contact, building long term relationships.
- Negotiate terms and overcome objections.
- Work out calculations of terms and monthly payments.
- Close deals prior to sending over to funders for acceptance.
- Liaising directly with funders to discuss deals and documents.
- Build up a pipeline of clients both new and existing.
- Working to weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.

- Previous experience within either Asset Finance, Vendor Finance, or Loans Finance is essential.
- Able to generate new business as well as nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- Experienced user of MS Word, Excel and working on a CRMs
- UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK
