Description
- Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention
- Oversee the volunteer onboarding process and ensure a positive experience
- Conduct regular volunteer performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain communication with volunteers and address any concerns or issues
- Develop and deliver volunteer training programmes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective volunteer integration
- Manage volunteer schedules and coordinate events and assignments
Profile
A successful Internal Talent Acquisition candidate should have:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / volunteer management or a related role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong strategic planning and organisational abilities
- A passion for volunteerism and a drive to make a positive impact
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £37,675 - £41,825 per annum
