Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for volunteer recruitment and retention
  • Oversee the volunteer onboarding process and ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct regular volunteer performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain communication with volunteers and address any concerns or issues
  • Develop and deliver volunteer training programmes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective volunteer integration
  • Manage volunteer schedules and coordinate events and assignments

Profile

A successful Internal Talent Acquisition candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / volunteer management or a related role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning and organisational abilities
  • A passion for volunteerism and a drive to make a positive impact

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £37,675 - £41,825 per annum
