An FP&A Analyst is required to join the Accounting & Finance Department of a leading life science company. The role involves providing financial planning and analytical support to drive business performance and strategy.

Description

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Provide analytical support for business decision making
  • Work closely with the management team to develop strategic plans
  • Generate monthly financial reports and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Full qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards for financial operations
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
