A specialist UK manufacturing firm based in Guildford is looking to add a Finance Assistant to their friendly finance team. This is a newly created position due to the ongoing success and growth of the business, and reports directly to the Financial Controller, who you will work closely with while also supporting the wider department.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations (multi-currency).
- Assisting with client billings and dealing with billing queries.
- Supporting with all transactional tasks across the finance function.
- General finance administration.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations, ideally in multiple currencies.
- Happy to assist with lower-level duties and to cover for other team members as required.
- A team player with a collaborative, ‘can do' attitude and common sense.
- AAT L4 / AAT active studier / degree in Accountancy & Finance.
