My client is looking for a Group QHSE Administrator who will report directly to the Head of QHSE. This is a great role for someone who wishes to join a large company that offer professional development from the offset.

The role

As the primary support to the Head of QHSE you will have responsibility for ensuring all documentation comprising the management systems is adequately maintained and corresponds to the Document Control Register(s) To administer the online safety management system for the Logistics division of the business. To assist in the management of online PQQ's and SSIP applications.The role of the QHSE Administrator will include coordinating safety activities relating to all parts of the Group, including. You will be required to collate, input, analyse and report on QHSE data for the business and assist the QHSE manager with preparing documentation for the management team and external clients.

Duties:

  • Maintain and improve information in the company's QHSE management system.
  • Ability to transcribe meeting minutes as and when required.
  • Compile and prepare various reports for supervisors/managers i.e. (analysis and comparison of data).
  • To assist with the scheduling of site inspections and audits conducted by the QHSE team.
  • Monitor close out of actions from audits and inspections.
  • To administer the Eco-online system, setting up users and sites and document maintenance.
  • Assist with the collation of evidence for external accreditation audits.
  • To assist with the completion of prequalification questionnaires as part of tender bids.
  • Collate evidence for and participate in external certification audits.
  • Maintain training matrices for the Group.
  • To update the SATM register and issue to CLOCS.
  • To Prepare and issue course certificates for in-company training.
  • To maintain the necessary checks and documentation relating to safety at the Head Office.
  • Perform additional assignments as per line manager's direction.
  • To act as administrator for the Aconex, Viewpoint, iauditor, Safetime, Sentinel, YellowJacket and Network rail elearning systems.

Requirements:

CSCS card

Health & Safety Qualification at Level 3 or above

Good administrative skills and attention to detail.

Must have working knowledge of computer systems, word processing and spreadsheet applications

Previous site administration experience and knowledge within the construction industry

Understanding of common construction management systems (yellowjacket, Asite, Aconex, Datascope)

Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines

Confident and ability to deal with people at all levels

Wiliness to undertake further development and training as and when required

Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of word, excel, outlook

Good time management and organisational skills

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
