Business Travel Consultant - Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a well-established and reputable Travel Management Company based in Hampshire. This is a Monday-Friday role on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office per week. The role comes with a competitive salary and generous bonus.
Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
- Quote and process Air Fares to include domestic, European, long-haul, route deals, low-cost, NDC and consolidated options in both the UK market as well as overseas
- Ticketing, reissues, refunds and manual fare builds
- Search and offer hotels, car Hire, ferries, and ancillary products such as car parking and chauffeur services
- Provide a high level of customer service to the existing Business Travel Clients
Business Travel Consultant Skills Required:
- Previous business travel experience required
- Proficient knowledge of Sabre GDS is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
Business Travel Consultant Additional Information:
- Competitive salary plus bonus
- Working hours Mon - Fri 9.00 - 17.30
- Hybrid with 2-3 days in the office
