We are working with an incredible Client based in Herefordshire, serving stunning Michelin food in an intimate setting.

The kitchen is state of the art, working 40 hours a week over 4 days, we are looking for an experienced Sous chef or a Senior CDP looking to step up.

The food is stunning with a focus on foraging and growing the produce in the kitchen garden, alongside fermentation and preservation techniques.
