Head of Nursing
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Flexy working & Hybrid + Excellent Benefits!

Head of Nursing required for a charitable organisation for their BRAND-NEW nursing and residential home. The home is transitioning from a residential into a nursing home the Head of Nursing will support the registered manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home and will lead, deputise, and manage in their absence.
Head of Nursing Duties:
- To oversee and lead nursing and residential units ensuring the environment is safe with appropriate staffing levels.
- To support all aspects of nursing care demonstrating your clinical expertise utilising your managerial and leadership skills.
- To be responsible for residents' welfare to provide them with a safe, relaxed homely environment.
- To raise safeguarding concerns and ensure all policies are being adhered to.

Head of Nursing Requirements:
- To have an active NMC pin
- Minimum of 5 years of senior nursing experience
- Ideally to have a level 4 in health and social care however is not essential.
- To already be working as a Head of Nursing, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Home Manager.
