Salary: £55,000 per annum + Flexy working & Hybrid + Excellent Benefits!

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Hours:40, full time

Head of Nursing required for a charitable organisation for their BRAND-NEW nursing and residential home. The home is transitioning from a residential into a nursing home the Head of Nursing will support the registered manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential and nursing home and will lead, deputise, and manage in their absence.

Head of Nursing Duties:

  • To oversee and lead nursing and residential units ensuring the environment is safe with appropriate staffing levels.
  • To support all aspects of nursing care demonstrating your clinical expertise utilising your managerial and leadership skills.
  • To be responsible for residents' welfare to provide them with a safe, relaxed homely environment.
  • To raise safeguarding concerns and ensure all policies are being adhered to.

Head of Nursing Requirements:

  • To have an active NMC pin
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior nursing experience
  • Ideally to have a level 4 in health and social care however is not essential.
  • To already be working as a Head of Nursing, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Home Manager.
