Your Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in:
- Providing dedicated support in their specialised intervention room.
- Working closely with a small group of six to eight children with autism and complex needs.
- Assisting with the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Creating a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Monitoring and recording student progress to tailor support effectively.
