Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

We are recruiting for an Asbestos Consultancy, with a national presence, who are now seeking to take on an Asbestos Surveyor. You will be joining an established team of surveyors in the South East. You will be covering Domestic, Local Authority, Commercial, and Industrial sites providing high quality asbestos surveying services, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer excellent training in other environmental sector, as well as providing support in gaining asbestos qualifications.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Watford, Aylesbury, Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Bletchley, Oxford, High Wycombe, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Woking, Guildford, Bracknell, Reigate, Epsom, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P402 guidelines.
" Will have in-depth knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Familiar with industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to organise workload in line with client / company needs.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Bulk sampling of suspected ACMs.
" Ensuring to bag and label suspected ACMs correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and guidance.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
