One of our clients are looking to add a credit controller to their team in Crawley.

Your new role

  • Managing all aspects of the Credit Control process.
  • Ensuring aged debt is collected quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining adherence to the Credit Control policy.
  • Overseeing a portfolio to guarantee prompt collection.
  • Accurately coding and updating systems.
  • Pursuing overdue debts through appropriate channels.
  • Liaising and maintaining communication with other teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over four years of experience in credit control with B2B customers.
  • Desired experience includes working within the legal sector or a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and team spirit.
  • Skilled in communication and adept at building robust relationships.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines while delivering a seamless service.
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms.
