Events Manager - Large Scale B2B Exhibitions
City, London Office - Hybrid 3 day's office + Overseas Travel
Base Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced b2b events operations professional to join a global market leader in large-scale business conferences and exhibitions as an Events Manager for their large scale B2B Exhibitions.
For this role, it is essential that you have experience organising B2B exhibitions and be confident to independently manage suppliers, budgets, floor plans, suppliers etc.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience working for a commercial exhibitions and events company.
The Event Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics & quality of events to ensure cost-effective, well-run events which provide customers with a truly great experience. The exhibitions are large in scale, cover many industries and are held worldwide. Travel will be required.
The Event Manager's responsibilities
- Experience in event planning and event project management for b2b exhibitions
- Creating the event experience and on-the-day management
- Cost and budget management
- Source and manage suppliers (incl. Venue Sourcing)
- Exhibitor & sponsor management
- Onsite event delivery
