Our client is an industry leading, independent firm of Estate and Letting Agents, and they are looking for a trainee or experienced Lettings & property management person to join their fantastic firm in central Exeter with a basic salary in the region of £25,000 and on target earnings £30,000.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Register new prospective tenants and book appointments
- To conduct viewings of current and proposed properties including direct interaction with tenants and landlords
- Conducting property rental valuations
- Conducting administrative tasks involved in the running of the letting business, which briefly include tenant referencing, production of draft tenancy agreements, checking legally required documentation and related contractual paperwork
- Take calls about and organise repairs and maintenance
- Tenancy renewals
- General property management
- Using IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity with the office
