Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are actively supporting our Client with their requirement for a Receptionist on a temporary basis. The role is office-based, requires an immediate start and is anticipated to last for 4 - 8 weeks.
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon to Fri or 12:00 Noon - 8:00pm Mon to Fri
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Booking of appointments
- Following up with customers and scheduling appointments
- Taking payments
- Maintaining customer records
- Meeting and greeting customers in a warm and professional manner
- Responding to email queries
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills and attributes required:
- At least 1 years' recent Receptionist experience
- Experience working within a public-facing role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written
- Immediately available
