Administration Support Officer

Salary: 11.47 - £12.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Support Officer to join our Testing Team, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the effective execution of a risk-based, intelligence-led testing programmes. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with International Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise internal CRM systems to accurate record information.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to receive updates and outcomes.
- Maintain and update excel spreadsheets with detailed information.
- Handle requests from external organisations and direct to correct departments.
- Provide administrative assistance on various projects as needed.
- Coordination of transport and courier services.
- Communicate project details to various departments and oversee completion.
- Monitor stock levels for required equipment.
Person Specification:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numeracy skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and database management.
Additional Information:
- 36 hours a week with flexibility on hours worked e.g. start time 8am to 10am.
- Hybrid working – 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.
- Long term temp opportunity with option for extension.
