Senior Project Manager | North East / Hybrid | £65k + Excellent Benefits & Bonus Scheme
Xpertise are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join one of Europe's fasted growing e-commerce companies. We're looking for someone who can drive change, actively think outside the box and lead dynamic cross-functional teams in a truly agile manner.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the delivery of software development projects from start to finish.
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships up to C-suite level.
- Guiding teams to drive change and embrace new ideas.
- Defining clear project objectives and ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Coordinating UAT and keeping projects on track with respect to quality, cost, and timing.
- Using RAID management to address risks and find solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in project management in e-commerce.
- Strong skills in RAID management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage project status.
