We are thrilled to present you with this pivotal role within our team, where you will play a crucial part in achieving our fleet volume targets and maximizing revenue streams through strategic account management. Role in a nutshell: Your role will be responsible for establishing Customer and Centre stakeholder relationships through face-to-face meetings and engaging key industry influencers, where appropriate. You will work directly with your Regional Area Manager to identify and present opportunities clearly with qualifying detail to achieve your agreed objectives across the sales channels and begin the transition of moving beyond solely vehicle sales and into finance provision, maintenance, insurance and future emerging mobility products and services

Responsibilities

  • Establish an area strategy to maximise account potential and new opportunity across all revenue streams of the client to achieve Area objectives
  • Customer experience account management through out the vehicle life cycle
  • Pro-active planning on New Products and Mobility Services for quick traction
  • Managing relationships with Clients Business Centre's, joint opportunities for incremental business and collaboration on existing customer potential
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to enhance the customer experience
  • Applying a due diligence approach to renewal and new opportunity in supply and credit facility proposals
  • Maintaining the up-to-date input of the CRM system to support pro-active area management
  • Weekly forecasting for the Area, collaborating Business Intelligence reports and close Customer, Centre, and Funder relationships
  • Order-bank monitoring for anomalies and future performance
  • Support events, customer and product feedback as needed

Qualifications and Experience You'll Need:
