Here at Boots we're always on the lookout for great talent! We have exciting opportunities at our Support Office Supply team based in Nottingham.As Supplier Collaboration lead you will be involved in the delivery and implementation of our Business Unit supplier Strategy

About the role

  • Collaborating with one of our key Joint Business Plan suppliers to lead :· Forward planning: creation and alignment of future forecasts with the supplier· Brilliant basics – ensuring that activities land right first time, including co ordinating activities to ensure that master data is accurate and efficient, and NPD and promotional forecasting aligned between both businesses and seasonal plans developed and implemented· Data insights. Using data to support delivery of joint KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to improve and drive efficiencies.· Stakeholder management , coordinating the JBP relationship, including regular touch points such as regular KPI meetings, Top to Top meetings· Identifying joint value creating opportunities to drive continuous improvement across both organisations· Through driving these activities this will maximise On Shelf availability, and efficient stock management to support delivery our core KPIs

What you'll need to have

  • Experience within a Supply or Supply chain role is necessary to this role· Proficient in communication, both, written and verbal ,working with a partner supplier to share appropriate information and insights and collaborating with colleagues within supply· Collaborative forecasting, seasonal planning skills· Advanced Excel skills (can analyse large datasets)· Analytical and able to work and deliver at pace.· Detail driven - Use facts and data to make informed decisions· Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workloads.
