Branch Manager - Finchley Central

Salary £30,000 - £33,000 OTE £55,000 + Car allowance with parking at the office

5-day week, 2 Saturdays off per month

  • Managing an efficient and effective branch
  • Valuing Properties
  • Training Staff
  • Rolling out monthly targets to staff
  • Conducting monthly One to Ones
  • Devising Marketing Plans with team
  • Chairing Morning Meetings
  • Ensuring branch is performing
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Motivating staff
  • Vendor contact
  • Prospecting
  • Winning instructions
  • Overseeing the lettings department
  • Reporting figures to directors
  • Attending monthly management meetings

Branch Manager - Key Skills and Ability to;

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confidently use company software
  • Be able to negotiate confidently
  • Be determined and focused to secure new business
  • Positive attitude in all situations
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach
  • Negotiation skills to achieve best outcome for vendor and purchaser

Package

  • Basic £30k - £33k
  • 5% Override of all sales & lettings
  • 10% on all personal deals
  • 1% for booking Vals that come on and sell or rent
  • 2.5% for canvassing properties that are currently on the market that rent or sell
