The salary for this position is £27,814 per annum and contains many benefits.

- Salary: £27,814 per annum (depending on the contracted hours)
- Hours: 37 or 40 hours per week (this is your decision), Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Taking high-volume calls from customers with a variety of queries
- Assisting customers with changing their personal information
- Setting up direct debits and payments with customers
- Handling occasional complaints from customers
- Hitting achievable targets
Key Skills and Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience is required, preferably from retail but hospitality experience is accepted
- Excellent communication skills is required
- You should be competent to use a variety of IT systems
- A positive, can-do attitude is required for this role as you will be dealing with a variety of queries
