Marketing Manager

**About the Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for an all-round, ambitious, marketing professional with some management experience, to play a significant role helping to scale this entrepreneur-led, fast-growing international business.

The Role:

Having been retained by this company, we're searching for a couple of marketing professionals who will likely have spent time developing their skillset in a structured corporate environment but would now like to apply their expertise and be challenged in a different way with a scaling SME.

Your skills and expertise will be brought to bear across the marketing mix mainly focusing on B2B but also possibly some B2C (including targeting premium consumers such as HNW and UHNW) and including both digital and non-digital campaigns including organic and paid social, SEO, paid advertising and emails. Naturally, you'll be responsible for budgets too.

Candidate Profiling:

  • Experienced marketing professional across B2B (perhaps also B2B2C and/or partnerships) in both digital and non-digital, able to deliver customer retention and acquisition
  • Experience of marketing to high-end consumers (HNW / UHNW) would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Some people management experience is definitely preferred as there will likely be one or two direct reports
  • Brand strategy / management experience coupled with copy writing skills would be beneficial
  • Adept at stakeholder management and collaborative working across the function as well as the wider business
  • You'll bring a structured approach yet be nimble enough to cope with change that comes from a dynamic and fast-paced, growth oriented, entrepreneurial environment
  • Perhaps you've learned your trade in a corporate environment and now moved to Founder-led, scaling SMEs, or would like to do so – that would be great!
