What you'll be doing:

As a Recruitment Executive, you will be a specialist in a dedicated & lucrative vertical market, and working alongside a Senior Recruiter / Director to mentor and support you, your role will be to identify & engage with the industry's top clients and candidates through:

  • Building your network and developing knowledge within your given market
  • Identifying top talent through innovative research, headhunting, and the latest recruitment technology
  • Qualifying candidates through a variety of effective interviewing and questioning techniques
  • Creating job adverts and compelling content to attract talent for your vacancies through a range of online channels
  • Nurturing existing customers to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic business development
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative solutions to enhance their talent acquisition strategies
  • Pitching & promoting your client's vacancies to suitable candidates, and managing the ongoing selection & interview processes through to successful placement
  • Negotiating effectively to secure the best outcomes for all parties
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market change, developing your knowledge and understanding and promoting your personal brand
  • Marketing, Social Networking and creating your own personal brand

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a Sales or Commercial role, with an understanding of and desire to work in the recruitment sector
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
