Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters (Office based).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Conduct client consultations, gather relevant information, and provide clear and practical legal advice.
  • Draft legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, consent orders, and financial disclosure forms.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely communication with clients.

Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

  • Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and attend relevant training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Legal Executive (CILEx) or Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling family law matters with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism.
