Production Operative - Main Responsibilities:
- operate equipment to specified standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring quality is maintained at all times
- work within a process of continuous improvement
- monitor production processes, making adjustments or troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and minimise downtime
- collaborate with the Production Supervisor and Production Manager to meet production targets and deadlines
- report any faults and inform QC of issues noted during production work, to ensure maximum efficiency and QC Compliance
- follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- maintain a tidy working environment
- work as part of a team with a flexible approach to ensure that all production needs are met. This includes a willingness to train and to train others and rotate roles within the department
