Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Digital Systems Manager (D365 & Power Platform) to join our team in any of our UK locations**.** You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum and great benefits.

As our Digital Systems Manager (D365 & Power Platform), you will form part of the Business Applications Leadership Team, with specific responsibility for leading an Agile delivery environment, with Squads dedicated to development of new initiatives and ongoing maintenance and support of existing Power Apps across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate. This will necessitate proven experience of leading technical teams and managing the processes and governance associated with change and support operations.
Your responsibilities as our Digital Systems Manager (D365 & Power Platform) will include:
- Maintaining a current knowledge of developments and possibilities of Applications within the Digital Team's portfolio of responsibility. Principally, this will centre around the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Power Apps, but will include some specialist third-party application and API integrations, to create seamless and simplified customer and colleague journeys.
- Collaborating with our Customer Strategy team, functional business stakeholders and other business application owners to maintain an awareness of BFS's evolving customer and colleague needs; collaborating with other application owners to build a cohesive overall BFS roadmap and applicable roadmaps for applications within your responsibility.
- Providing leadership and expertise to the delivery Squads reporting to you and our key stakeholders, to ensure we operate an engaging and professional Agile based delivery community.
- Managing and Integrate external delivery partners, when used to augment our in-house capabilities, into our delivery framework to ensure Statements of Work delivered to seamlessly complement our in-house delivery teams.
- Leading and line managing a team comprising both managers of teams and a series of specialists of varying grades who will report to you directly, providing both technical and people leadership.
What we are looking for in our ideal Digital Systems Manager (D365 & Power Platform):
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including solution design and build
- Experience leading technical teams, resource planning and implementing robust processes and governance
- Experience managing technical specialists and managing and supporting the personal and technical development of team members
- Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and contributing to strategic planning and roadmap development
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience working directly with business customers around the provision of support and change
