Your new role
- As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for producing conceptual designs, 3D visualisations and technical drawings while contributing to project plans, briefs and presentations to clients.
- Working primarily on high-end industrial projects, you will play a pivotal role throughout all RIBA stages through your technical understanding and knowledge of systems such as Revit, SketchUp and Lumion.
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong technical understanding of the BIM process, as well as a passion for creativity and producing high-quality designs will be the key to this role. You will alsobe highly knowledgeable in utilising a multitude of systems such as Revit, Lumion and Enscape.
- Collaborating with other teams, you will also exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork-orientation to liaise with various departments, ensuring project deadlines and expectations are in line. This will require a broad knowledge of all RIBA stages and architectural standards in the UK.
- You will need to have a relevant qualification in Architecture or a related field with some industry experience in a similar environment, ideally working on industrial projects. A broad knowledge of different sectors is also preferred (residential, retail etc.).
