Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Glasgow
Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 2nd October
Working Pattern: Full-time 35 hours per week.
Hours: 7am-8pm Mon-Fri & 9am-2pm Sat
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office (First 6 weeks is 100% office based for training)

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, demonstrating empathy and a strong desire to assist them.
- Handle standard administrative data processing tasks to support and enhance external client relationships.
- Receive and screen customers, callers, and other forms of communication, answering routine questions, providing information, or directing requests appropriately.
- Represent customers by contacting internal and external sources to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information.

Requirements:
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to handle customer queries professionally and with care and due diligence
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
