Our client is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the EU region, focusing on selling software solutions for the Fleet, Aerospace Manufacturer, and Defence sectors.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence and engaging with key clients.

Their innovative team specialise in providing cutting-edge technical content management solutions to global industries. With offices worldwide and a prestigious client portfolio including major names in aviation and defence, they are at the forefront of their field.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue growth across the EU market.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical proposals and white papers.
  • Educate clients on industry best practices and articulate the value of their solutions.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and lead generation activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and activity.

Skills Required:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Business, or Computer Science would be ideal.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defence industry.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
