Description
- Providing administrative support to executives and managing daily office operations
- Coordinating executive communications and managing correspondence
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, organising travel arrangements
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing reports, presentations and briefs
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Supporting staff in the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A proven track record of supporting operations within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Expertise in diary management, travel arrangements and office management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and other related software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Job Offer
