Recruitment Resourcer

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our client's team on an immediate and ongoing temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals who may have a background in engineering or science. While experience in candidate management and resourcing is desirable, training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in candidate management to maintain a positive and responsive candidate experience.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for headhunting and sourcing top talent.
- Format CVs to a high standard, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Refer suitable candidates to the appropriate roles, acting as a liaison between candidates and consultants.
- Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet targets and support the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in candidate management and resourcing is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to format CVs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to refer candidates confidently.
- Proficient in database management.
- An engineering or science degree is preferable but not mandatory
