Senior Salmon are recruiting for Print Finishers in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area.
Job purpose-
To manage the operation of a Folding and Stitching Machines, Guillotines, and associated equipment, maintaining quality, efficiency and safety at all times.
Main Responsibilities -
1. Ensuring correct job is on the machine - code/version etc.
2. To monitor and maintain quality of work produced.
3. Make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
4. To maintain optimum machine output speed.
5. To keep the machine area in good order.
6. To report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
7. To be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
8. To leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
9. To provide support and assistance across other Folding
machines when required..
10. Carry out stock check on machine parts and re-order where necessary.
11. Ensure a comprehensive shift handover is completed.
Working hours –
Days, Nights and Afters on rotation
Days – 6:00am – 1:30pm
Afters – 1:30pm – 9:00pm
Nights – 9:00pm – 6:00am
37.5 hour weeks
Pay rate –
£14.89ph
