You'll work closely with Product Management to set priorities and plan team activities, overseeing multiple pods and collaborating with a project manager to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional delivery teams
- Manage multiple customer projects in parallel

- Oversee scope management, solution enablement, and planning
- Ensure compliance with company principles and processes
- Measure and report on team productivity and delivery health
