Our clients, a leading residential property agency in North West London are looking for a Property Coordinator to join their fantastic team.
You will play a vital role in the day to day operations of the business, providing a first class customer service experience to clients and stakeholders, with responsibility for all administrative tasks. The Estate Agency really look after their employees, offering training programmes to enhance career progression.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Reapit preferred.
Fully office based role, 9am - 6pm.
Tasks will include:
- Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office
- Preparing contracts for Landlords and vendors
- Uploading properties to various property portals
- Arranging property inspections
- Creating marketing collateral to advertise properties
- Assisting with bringing in new leads
Key skills:
- Min two years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Reapit highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Able to hit the ground running
