A 'Good' school in Croydon are looking to appoint a SENCO(full time or part-time):

Experience of leading in a primary school on SEN and Inclusion

Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and medical needs
-
Experience of working in Upper/Middle Leadership
-
The ability to oversee and coordinate the work of the SEN teaching team

Proven classroom ability and practice
-
Experience of and a sound understanding of how assessment is used to support learning for SEN pupils
-
A good knowledge of strategies for supporting an ethos of positive behaviour management
