Claimant Litigation Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client for an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive with subrogation expertise to manage high-net-worth motor claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims, including special damages.
- Proactively handle claims, litigating where necessary to secure recoveries.
- Liaise with insurers, credit hire companies, and specialists to settle cases efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' motor litigation experience, ideally from a claimant background.
- Strong knowledge of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and credit hire.
- Experience in subrogation and uninsured loss recovery.
Benefits:
