The Role: The successful candidate will take on the role of Channel Account Manager, tasked with driving the company's channel programme to new heights. Focusing on expanding across Europe and the USA, this role offers the autonomy to grow the programme, develop key relationships, and make a significant impact.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for channel sales and an entrepreneurial spirit, looking to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The team has an established channel-first Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with a strong track record, and they are now looking for someone to help scale it further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Ownership: Lead and scale the channel programme, including developing training materials and enablement sessions, while taking full ownership of its future development.
  • Partner Recruitment: Work with sales and leadership to identify and recruit ideal channel partners, building trusted relationships and effectively communicating the company's value proposition.
  • Enablement & Productivity: Manage and deliver enablement sessions, develop Partner Business Plans, and ensure alignment between Account Executives and channel partners.
  • Pipeline Growth: Meet and exceed channel-sourced pipeline and revenue targets by developing demand generation plans and driving enterprise business through strategic partnerships.
  • Partnership Strengthening: Serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners, supporting sales execution and driving deeper engagement through innovative initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing team, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and help shape the future of the company's channel strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years in a channel management role for a cyber security vendor
  • Experience with value-added resellers and managed security service providers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, methodical, with excellent conflict resolution abilities
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-growth, early-stage environment
  • Well-regarded within the channel community
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a strong curiosity to understand technology and business
