Reed recruitment in Bristol is delighted to be recruiting for a Janitor to Join a rapidly growing company who are looking for a experienced Janitor, They need to be friendly and helpful with an eye for detail, exceptional communication skills.
Our client:

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintenance of the site to ensure our employees and visitors experience a high standard of cleanliness when work or visiting the industrial warehouse.
- Vacuum office floors, Empty bins and dispose of rubbish, dust desks/polish surfaces,
- Clean the kitchen areas, tables, work surfaces, sinks, mop floors.
- Loading and emptying of the dish washers.
- Cleaning of the toilets and shower areas.
- Replenishing of hand towels, toilet rolls, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
- Stock control and replenishment of cleaning materials, report to line manager replenishment levels.
- Reporting of damage or repairs to the building to the line manager.
Ground Maintenance
- Cutting/strimming of grass areas, leaf blowing, hedge cutting
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the car park areas
Maintenance
- Minor repairs painting and decorating
- Upkeep of car parks
- Minor repairs to office doors, shelfs, furniture etc
- Upkeep of the company van, vehicle checks, cleaning
- Any other minor maintenance jobs as and when required
Experience & competence
Demonstrate good Communication Skills, along with an ability to work in a team environment, as well as an ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
Must be organized and practical with a professional manner and appearance.
Must be reliable and dependable and have experience of cleaning duties.
