Our client is an extremely well-established and one of the UK's largest pharmaceutical wholesalers & distribution businesses, and we are pleased to support in their search for a Graduate Business Analyst to support across their large, national distribution & wholesale operations, based within their Salford depot.

You will be a key player in the production and delivery of all business & systems metrics and data, reporting across all sites activities and practices, supporting on the continuous improvement of multiple projects across the wider business.

Mon-Fri - 3 days in, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing reporting and analytics for various business functions using data from the internal CRM systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times.
  • Work in partnership with senior leaders to identify process & documentation improvements.
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with all areas of the business, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering opinions and guidance.
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements.
  • Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement.
  • Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • The successful individual should have at least one years' experience working in a similar role.
  • The ability for learning and development is essential.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines is a requirement for the role.
  • You must have the ability to work autonomously, as well as within the wider team.
  • Excellent communication skills, being confident in managing relationships at all levels.
