This pivotal role involves the meticulous processing, inspection, and comprehensive reporting of warranty claims for automotive engine and chassis parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough inspections of automotive engine and chassis parts.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Utilise advanced measuring equipment such as CMM, Rockwell, and Vickers to ensure accurate assessments.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in utilising measuring equipment like CMM, Rockwell, and Vickers.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
