Job Role: Financial Controller
Location: Rugby
Hours: Part time- flexible
Salary: £30,000-£36,000 per annum (Pro Rota)

The Company:
Our client is an independent company dedicated to providing spectacular brand experiences, in person, hybrid and digital events for some of the world's leading brands.
They are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their small office in Rugby, on a part time basis.
The Candidate:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, XL and Word
- Must have XERO experience
- Have strong communication skills.
- Possess good time management.
- Qualified by CIMA/ACCA or relevant work experience
- Ability to manage a small team (2)
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Experience with Sterling, Euros and Dollars would be advantageous
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Preparation and development of quality monthly management accounts with insightful commentary
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero effectively
- Coordinating the management of cash flow, debt and debt collection.
- Presenting reports to board members and senior executives.
- Oversea and control the projects expenditures, looking at expense and their allocations
- Review project requirements and adapt and use different software that can link to Xero where necessary.
- Monitoring cash flows
