Description
- Assisting in payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and records.
- Calculations of SSP, SMP
- Handle payroll queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and apply them correctly.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate staff records.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Officer should have:
- Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £24,500 to £27,500 per year.
- Generous 25 days of annual leave.
