Our client, an international, well-established business solutions and services organisation, is looking to appoint a Norwegian Speaking Credit Collection Specialist to join their existing team in Northampton.
In this role, you will be providing support to the organisation in collecting company debts, resolved queries and assisting in relevant projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and contacting clients with outstanding debts
- Identifying and resolving queries
- Organising and taking part in meetings with clients to build relationships
- Other ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned
About you:
This role is going to be the ideal role for someone with fluent Norwegian, with great customer/client service manners, who is looking to grow its accounting knowledge and be part of a supportive and international environment.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer/ client service environment where you have accrued high level of customer service
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong communication skills
