The role involves managing a varied caseload of RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims, encompassing both litigated and pre-litigated matters. The ideal individual will possess a robust understanding of personal injury law and demonstrate a track record of successfully handling RTA claims from inception through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough case assessments to determine legal strategies
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating claims documentation
- Representing clients in court proceedings, when necessary
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to case management
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience in RTA litigation
- Strong advocacy skills with experience in court hearings and trials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload efficiently
