What You'll Do:
Lead Projects:
- Manage large-scale, high-budget events from start to finish.
- Oversee client communication, production elements, and budget management.
Inspire and Innovate:
- Drive creative content development and inspire emotional engagement.
- Organize and lead creative meetings.
Ensure Excellence:
- Maintain operational excellence and exceed client expectations.
- Handle full event logistics, including global delegate management.
Drive Financial Success:
- Control project budgets, ensure timely reporting, and keep projects cash positive.
- Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and GDPR standards.
Build Relationships:
- Manage supplier relationships for top service and pricing.
- Lead and develop your project team to perform at their best.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 8+ years in event production, preferably in an agency.
- Global Perspective: Experience with large budget international events.
- Creative Leadership: Strong content development skills.
- Logistics Expertise: Proven ability to manage global delegate logistics.
- Flexibility: Based in the Midlands office 2-3 days a week, with some international travel.
- Drive: Must be a car driver.
