Working Hours: Part-time 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 5 days during week of payroll processing
You will join a large IT consultancy who are driving digital transformation of the world's leading financial organisations. My client has a passion for technology and thrives on collaboration with their clients. They are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Advisor to provide evidence-based in class services and solutions to build a high performance culture.
Main responsibilities:
- Sole processing of the monthly payroll from start to finish including processing joiners, leavers, benefits, statutory payments etc.
- Process holiday, sick pay, maternity and paternity payments
- P11D processing in compliance with HMRC guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring BACS payments are accurate and timely
- Act as a first point of contact for payroll related questions from both internal and external customers
- Reconcile benefits providers and help with benefits selection
Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 FTE (pro-rata'd to approximately £39,000)

Requirements:
- Experience working with 3rd party payroll suppliers (preferably ADP)
- Strong experience completing payroll related activities
- Experience with benefits selection
- People management skills
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Accounting and finance skills
