No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
This role primarily involves telephone communication, setting targets, and earning commissions. Thus, confidence, a personable demeanor, and a proactive attitude are essential. The team will provide ample support and training to enhance your skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing mortgage or protection cases until they reach the acceptance stage.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
- Conducting product research to ensure up-to-date market knowledge.
- Actively seeking out business opportunities from previous clients.
- Advancing within the company to become a fully-fledged Advisor, handling appointments independently.
- Willingness to learn and pursue relevant industry qualifications.
