The HR & Payroll Advisor will be an essential part of the Human Resources team, focusing on the industrial/manufacturing sector. The position will be based in Leeds, on site 4 days per week offering core hours.

Description
Reporting into the Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for:
- Using SAP Success factors to process payroll for 1000 employees ensuring data checks, attention to detail
- First level HR advice coaching, guiding and supporting mangers
- Generalist HR
- Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors across the team for all aspects of HR
- Stakeholder management across the business
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a HR/Payroll role
- Have worked with payroll
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organisational
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
