The HR & Payroll Advisor will be an essential part of the Human Resources team, focusing on the industrial/manufacturing sector. The position will be based in Leeds, on site 4 days per week offering core hours.

Description

Reporting into the Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Using SAP Success factors to process payroll for 1000 employees ensuring data checks, attention to detail
  • First level HR advice coaching, guiding and supporting mangers
  • Generalist HR
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Advisors across the team for all aspects of HR
  • Stakeholder management across the business

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Proven experience in a HR/Payroll role
  • Have worked with payroll
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
