Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our clients dynamic and growing team! The role involves managing the on-time production, logistics, and deliveries of products for customers. This position offers an interesting working environment within a fantastic business and industry with the opportunity to start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage supply chain and logistics for global brands.
- Plan and schedule the movement of stock for items held in inventory or with suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.
- Provide timely forecasts/orders to the supply base.
- Complete accurate import/export documentation as required.
- Handle customer complaints regarding orders, provide feedback to suppliers, and process necessary credits where applicable.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, logistics and supplier partners, and internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support the Sales team with new product launches and tender/RFP/online bids, including documentation and samples.
- Keep all interested parties up to date with projects, managing project plans and timelines.
- Prepare client reports and budgets relating to product shipments/logistics as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Logistics is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with technology
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Desire to learn and develop skills in a growing company.
